REGULATIONS


  • 1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations define the rules of providing services, liability and staying on the premises of the Facility and is an integral part of the contract, the conclusion of which takes place by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the entire payment for staying in the Facility. Making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.

  • 2 LIVE DOA

  1. The room is rented for a day. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay by renting a place to stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
  2. The accommodation day lasts from 16:00 to 12:00 the next day.
  3. A request for prolonging the overnight stay should be reported by the guest at the reception at 10:00 am on the day of the rental period. . The object may not take into account the wish to extend your stay if you use all the beds (rooms) or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.
  • 3 BOOKING AND MELDOR

  1. The basis for checking in is presenting the photo ID to the reception staff and signing the registration card. In the event of refusal to show the document in a way that allows you to check in. The receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue a key to the room and provide accommodation.
  2. The guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data by PHU and PS BESET s.c. for the needs of the Guest’s stay in the Facility, the Guest’s use of other services provided by the Facility. The guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
  3. The payment for the stay is charged on the day of arrival.
  4. The guest of the accommodation can not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the due amount has not expired.
  5. Persons who are not registered in the facility can stay in a hostel room from 7:00 to 22:00.
  6. The object may refuse to accept the Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to hotel property or property of the Guest, damage to the Guest, employees of the Oiektu or other persons staying in the Facility.
  7. Booking is called guaranteed, if a prepayment of 30% of the value is made within 3 days from the date of booking. No deposit can result in the cancellation of the booking.
  8. No show of guests until 9.00 the next day (arrival on the second day) is tantamount to resignation from the reservation and the possibility of renting a place (room) to another guest, unless otherwise agreed.
  9. The reservation can be transferred to another convenient date (if beds are available) in the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the planned arrival.
  10. In case of cancellation of the Guest during the accommodation period, the Property does not refund the fee for a given day. Not using the entire stay by the Guest as a result of a later arrival or early departure than it results from the booking does not result in a reduction of the payment for the service.
  11. Staying in the room or leaving things outside of 12.00 hours of paid stay is treated as an extension of your stay. In the event that the guest leaves the room in the accommodation after 12.00 a fee will be charged for the next night of accommodation (room) rent according to full prices.
  • 4 SERVICES

  1. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the Manager, which will enable employees to improve the standard of services provided.
  2. The facility is obliged to provide the Guests with: – conditions for full and unrestricted rest, – safety of stay, including security of keeping secret information about the guest, – professional and courteous service in the area of all services provided at the facility, – cleaning the room during the guest’s absence (every 5 24 hours) and in his presence only when he wishes.
  • 5 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Children under the age of 12 should be on the premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused as a result of children’s actions.
  2. The guest of the accommodation shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the Facility, resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
  3. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Facility, settle payments for existing benefits, pay for any damage and leave the Facility.
  4. Each time a Guest leaving the room, for security reasons, should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps, close the windows and close the door.
  5. The object is entitled to a statutory lien on items brought by the Guest to the Facility in the event of a delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to pay for the services rendered.
  • 6 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OBJECT

  1. The object is liable for loss or damage of items brought by people using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2.  The guest should notify the Object Manager about the occurrence of the damage immediately after its finding.
  3. The object is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value left in the Center.
  4. Please note that the property does not have a deposit.
  5. The object is not responsible for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles have been parked in the parking lot of the object or outside the premises.
  • 7 RETURN OF THE ITEMS LEFT

  1. Items of personal use left in the room by the outgoing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.
  2. If the Guest does not receive the instruction to send back the items left, the Object shall store the above items at the expense of the owner for a period of one month, and after that period these items will become the property of the Facility. Food will be stored for 24 hours.
  • 8 NIGHT SILENCE

  1. The hotel has night quiet from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
  • 9 COMPLAINTS

  1. The accommodation facility provides services in accordance with its standard. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Object Manager. Complaints submitted on check-out will not be considered. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are not responsible for the inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, such as a break in the supply of water or electricity.
  2. All complaints are accepted by the Object Manager.
  3. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing the weaknesses in the standard of services provided.
  • 10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. The property accepts the presence of animals. Pets are allowed on the premises at an extra charge. However, the owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff. The guest is obliged to remove all impurities left by the animal on the premises of the object.
  2. There is a total ban on smoking in the Property and its immediate environment, and the designated places outside the building designated for this purpose. Non-compliance with the smoking ban may be associated with a fine of PLN 500. It is connected with the cost of washing pillows, quilts, and the cost of room aromatization.
  3. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors whose activation results in notifying the Fire Brigade. The arrival of the Guard for a false alarm will be charged to the Guest.
  4. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in rooms accommodation and other rooms, heaters, irons and other electrical appliances that do not belong to these rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio and video devices.
  5. In rooms you can not store dangerous goods – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illumination materials.
  6. No sale, administration, bringing in and consumption of alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants is prohibited on the premises of and around the object.
  7. It is forbidden to conduct on the premises of the object of acquisition and sale of the hawker.
  8. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises, causing unpleasant odors, or other things that interfere with, harm or irritate other guests of the object.
  9. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms and their equipment, except for a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not affecting their functionality and safety of use.
