The Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users of the accommodation website noclegi-mikolow.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Website.
1.The administrator of personal data contained in the Website is the company P.H.U. I PS “BESET” S.C. B. Świadek, K. Walter with headquarters in Mikołów at ul. Towarowa 11, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
2.The website acquires information about Users entered into forms on the basis of the consent expressed by themselves.
3.The transferred data are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to answer a given question.
4.The user who has placed the data in the form has the right to:
- access, modification, deletion of personal data,
- processing restrictions and requests to stop processing your data at any time,
- withdrawal of consent at any time – withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal,
- transferring data to another Administrator of personal data
- submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
5. Personal data provided by the User in the form will be processed for a period not longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which they were provided and until the Administrator’s legal, accounting and tax obligations exist, and until the time of possible claims. If consent has been given for the processing of personal data – until withdrawal of consent.
6. The administrator complies with due diligence in order to adequately secure the personal data provided, and in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
7. The given personal data may be made available only to entities that have a legal basis resulting from the provisions of Polish law.
8. The entities collecting and processing personal data on the website come mainly from Poland and the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the suppliers are based outside the EEA (eg Google Inc. is based in the USA and provides the website statistics service called Google Analytics). These entities are required to comply with the principles set out in the EU-US Privacy Shield program regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data of European Union citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of protection provided by by the EU-US Privacy Shield) and contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.

- Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (waking);
- Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (PrTel);
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC; (Source).

The policy of using cookies
Cookies are IT data, stored on Users’ end devices, intended for the use of websites.
- The website http://noclegi-mikolow.pl does not automatically collect any information, except for those contained in cookies. These include: IP address, domain name, browser type, type of operating system and data about the User’s navigation path and its time of staying on specific subpages.

Safety rules
- The user of the website should take care of the security of their devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have an antivirus program with the current virus definition database, the current and secure version of the web browser and the firewall enabled.
- It is recommended to include in the web browser anti-phishing filters (tools) that check whether the web page displayed is authentic and is not for phishing, eg by impersonating an institution or a given economic entity.
- Caution is advised when opening attachments or clicking links in e-mails that the User did not expect, eg from unknown senders. In case of doubts, it is worth contacting the sender eg by phone.
- Files should be downloaded only from trusted places. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.
- A website user using a home Wi-Fi network should set up a secure and difficult-to-break password to access the network. It is also recommended to use the highest possible standards for wireless Wi-Fi network encryption, which are possible to run on your equipment, e.g. WPA2.
